Nirgundyadi thailam or Nirgundi thailam or taila is an ayurvedic herbal oil used in the treatment of lymph node enlargement around the neck region. It is used for external application and also for Nasya therapy.it is used in the treatment of diseases of ear, nose and throat.
Nirgundyadi thailam uses: Nirgundi/ Nirgundyadi taila or thailam
it is used extenally to apply over the pile mass to reduce pain, swelling and irritation.
It is also used in the cases of sinusitis and headache.
It is used in the treatment of scalpel polyps, keloids and tonsilitis.
The affected skin area is applied with Nirgundyadi thailam and leave for 10-15 minutes and then washed with lukewarm water. This oil is adviced to use before taking the bath.

Side effects of Nirgundyadi thailam:
There are no apparent side effects with Nirgundyadi thailam, on external application. However, this medicine is best avoided in pregnant ladies and children
